A Democrat and an experienced leader in education, Martha Mugler is the perfect fit for the new 91^st district. Martha is a member and past chair of the Hampton School Board known across the Peninsula for her commitment to children and to the community. She was a recipient of the Hampton Arts Coastal Renaissance Award for long term commitment to performing and visual arts in the region and has been recognized for her outstanding service by the Barrett-Peake Foundation and the Coalition for Justice for Civil Rights.
