Patricia Bernard

Dr. Patricia Bernard was born in Cambridge, England to U.S. parents. Her dad served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force. She received a Bachelor’s degree from Wayne State University, her MBA from Central Michigan University, and her PhD in Strategic Leadership from Andrews University.

She served as a logistician with the Dept. of Army-GS-15 (equivalent to Colonel) for 34 years and is now retired. She worked as a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. She is also the owner of a semi-truck company, Heels on Wheelz, and is a former Adjunct Professor at Davenport University. She serves as the Vice Chair of Minority Business Enterprise – Transportation Petrochemical Logistics Sector.

Patricia is a single mother of three sons, all of whom graduated from Rochester Community Schools and are now college graduates.
