Zach Komes brings a combination of campaign strategy, fundraising, and management expertise, drawing upon his work leading political and policy campaigns at the state and local levels. Originally from Milwaukee, Zach has been active in Wisconsin politics, having served as campaign manager, finance director, and field organizer for several political campaigns, as well as on a city council commission. In 2014, he managed a campaign in a Milwaukee assembly district that helped a young political newcomer win an upset victory in a competitive race. Currently in the Washington DC area, Zach has founded and directs a public-private partnership focused on equitable small business growth for a local community development association. He graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Economics from George Washington University.
